The Chicken Shack

The Chicken Shack is serving gourmet comfort food in a fun, lively environment. Our favorite items are “The Entree,” “The Mother Plucker,” and “The House Salad.” The Entree pairs our bacon, cheddar, and chives waffle with a buttermilk fried chicken breast, house-made chicken gravy, house-made Maker’s Mark Bourbon syrup, and house-made brown sugar pecan butter. The Mother Plucker is our sandwich waffle with fried chicken, cheddar cheese, chicken gravy, bacon, and a friend egg. The “House” Salad is our agave mustard marinated chicken, hickory smoked bacon, Parmesan, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, hard-boiled egg, and house-made Agave Mustard vinaigrette. All three are delicious! Chicken Shack also serves gluten-free waffles, keto chicken, buttermilk marinated tenders, loaded chicken fries, and what we believe to be the very best wings in Northern California.
