It's Jerky was established in 1996 as a USDA certified plant. We specialize in making All Natural Beef Jerky that is Gluten Free and has no preservatives or additives. Our flavors include: Regular, Pepper, Teriyaki, Hot Pepper and our signature Honey Pepper. The jerky is manufactured and sold at our shop. You can also find our products in several Store Locations throughout Shasta County, at numerous Events on the West Coast, or by ordering from our Online Store.
