Palo Cedro Golf Club is one of best par 36, nine hole golf course layouts in the area. Originally opened in 1992. The fairways are Bermuda and greens are Bent Grass. Occasional bunkers greenside throughout the course and water comes into play on the first three holes and #2 is particularly interesting. The short par 4 tempts the longer hitters but water protects the front right half of the green and the entire right side of the fairway.

The course has holes fronting on Cow Creek and is part of a development that includes homes in the community. The homes mostly built with 10 years of it's 1992 opening are set well back away from most holes. The Golf Course is Semi-Private and has quite a following partially due to its location being in Palo Cedro.
