Coffee is a special thing, with so many variables altering the experience of what you taste in the cup. From country and region of origin, soil type, altitude, exposure to sun or shade, harvesting time, rainfall, processing method, variety of coffee, how you roast it, and finally, how you brew it... It's complicated and finicky, but we LOVE it. Coffee is more than just a quick caffeine fix, and like a good glass of wine, it should be savored and enjoyed. So, thats what we want to do, to expose Redding to excellent coffee from farmers who love their crops, roasted by roasters who have a progressive passion and love for coffee, and brewed by baristas who nothing more than you to experience a cup brewed with excellence.
