Event Submission Guidelines
- Events need to be potentially enjoyable to tourists – submitted events need to be either for recreation or leisure, not business events.
- Events must be open to the general public.
- Please specify if your event has age requirements (ex. 21+)
- Events must be within a 15-mile radius of Redding, CA.
- Events held at a major local attraction, such as a national or state park, can be farther out then this radius. (Ex. Lassen Volcanic National Park)
- No K-12 school events or performances.
- No classes that require visitors to bring large amounts of their own materials, require attendance for more then three days, or require items to be picked up more then a day after the initial class time.
- Submissions must have a phone number, email, or website site visitors can go to for more information.
- Events can be approved or rejected at our discretion.
