Caffe Pagato
Caffè Pagato is an Italian tradition, as well as our namesake. It's the act of pre-paying an espresso for a stranger as a chance to share the joy of coffee. We took that spirit of community and generosity, along with our artisan coffee and hand-crafted pastries and brought it to Redding, CA in 2014.
Our unique treats and drinks are created daily by an incredible staff, and are available at our two locations: inside the Caltrans building, and at Mercy Hospital.
